Monterey Chicken
4-6 Chicken breasts
3 Tbs Milk
2 Eggs
1/4 C. Butter
2 C. Bread Crumbs
6 slices ham
1/2 lb. Swiss Cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 C. Milk
Make the Meal:
Cut chicken into small pieces. In separate bowl combine 2 eggs and 3 tbs milk. Dip chicken in egg mix and coat with bread crumbs. In skillet, melt butter. Brown chicken in skillet. Place browned chicken in baking dish. Layer am on top of chicken. Mix soup and milk and pour on top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
