1/2 (12oz) pkg jumbo Pasta Shells
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 tsp bottled Minced Garlic
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 1/2 tsp Parsley
1/2 (8oz) pkg Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 (14oz) jar Pasta Sauce
1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In skillet, brown beef, egg, oil, garlic, parsley & garlic salt.
Drain beef and transfer into mixing bowl. Add cream cheese and 1 C. pasta sauce. Mix.
Drain pasta.
Grease a baking dish. Stuff shells with beef
mixture and place in dish. Cover evenly with remaining pasta sauce. Bake
at 375* for 15 minutes, or until warmed throughly. Top with parmesan
cheese just before serving.
