1 lb Flank Steak
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 C Broccoli
1 C. Cauliflour
(or 2 C. Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables)
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 can Tomato Soup
1 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Vinegar
Rice, steamed
Slice beef into thin strips. In skillet heat oil. Cook beef until browned. Remove from pan.
Reduce heat and stir fry vegetables, ginger
& garlic powder until tender. Stir in soup, soy sauce and vinegar.
Heat to a boil. Add beef. Heat throughly.
Serve over steamed rice.
