Shrimp Pasta



1 lb. medium Shrimp, cooked & cleaned
1 Onion, chopped finely
2 Tbs bottled Minced Garlic
1 (28oz) can Diced Tomatos, undrained
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Basil
2 C. Penne Pasta, uncooked
1/2 C. Balsamic Vinegarette Dressing
1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese, grated

Make the Meal:
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In large skillet, cook onions, garlic & dressing for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, oregano and basil. Simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Drain pasta and toss with shrimp mix. Top with cheese.
