Chicken & Dumplings (Slow Cooker)

1 lb Bonless, skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 1" cubes
1 lb Frozen Vegetables
1 med Onion, diced
2 (12oz) jars Chicken Broth
1 1/2 buttermilk Biscuit Mix


Make the Meal:
Place chicken, vegetables, onion and broth (EXCEPT 1/2 c. ) in 9x13 casserole dish.
Bake at 360* covered 20 minutes.
Mix biscuit mix with reserved broth until moistened.
Drop by the tablespoon over chicken and vegetables.
Uncover and cook an additional 20 minutes.
