Meat
1 lb Ground Sirloin
1 egg
1 tbs Worchestershire Sauce
3 Tbs BBQ Sauce
1 pkg Dried Onion Soup Mix
Assembly
1 Pkg 4-Hamburger buns (freeze any remainders)
4 Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
1 Tomato
1 small Red Onion, thinly sliced
4 slices Cheddar Cheese
dill pickle chips
ketchup, mustard
In large bowl, combine meat, egg, worchestershire & bbq sauce and
dry soup mix. Mix with hands until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Form into 4 hamburger patties. Cook on grill until throughly cooked.
Prepare burgers by layering cooked beef patties, cheese, onion, tomato and pickles. Top with ketchup and mustard.
